Wondering why your shipment is taking longer than usual?
Due to new safety & cleaning procedures at our fulfillment centers, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping your order. We are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment centers as we work to help keep everyone safe. We're unable to ship your order within the time frame promised. We apologize for the delay. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're making every effort to ship your package as soon as possible.
Some products are printed exclusively for you within a few days, but on rare occasions the fulfillment process could takeup to 14 days before those items are shipped. Example: If you paid for 2 day shipping, add up to 14 days to your normal ship date. This isn't always the case, but it's just a precaution and we promise it will be worth the wait.
As soon as your order is ready, we'll ship it out and email your tracking information If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. Please note your package may already have shipped by the time you read this message. The maximum anticipated delay is 30 days from your order date.
